Fleur Madden

Chair

Fleur Madden is a globally award-winning entrepreneur, CEO, founder and Board Chair, and one of Australia’s leading voices on women in business, wealth and exits. Over a 23-year career, she has founded four companies and successfully exited three. In 2025, she was appointed Brisbane’s Women in Business Champion and recognised among the city’s Top 25 Business Women.

Fleur is the Founder and CEO of The Ginsburg Firm, a consulting group helping female founders scale and sell their businesses, with a mission to close the business exit gap for women. Her work has earned international recognition, including multiple global awards and a TEDx talk advocating for change.

A passionate advocate for women and girls, Fleur believes that when women thrive, communities thrive. She is Chairwoman of 4Voices, supporting women experiencing domestic violence and homelessness, and continues to champion meaningful, systemic change.

Jo Westh

Director

Jo founded 4 Voices in 2020 following work with disadvantaged communities in Australia and Cambodia. She has supported thousands of women impacted by toxic relationships and unsafe environments, creating services that provide immediate, judgment-free connection with no appointments or barriers.

A compassionate and experienced CEO, Jo has built sustainable organisations across both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She is the former CEO and Executive Director of Orange Sky Australia and previously held a senior consulting role leading teams across the Asia Pacific.

Jo is driven to grow 4 Voices nationally, mobilising volunteers to support women experiencing domestic violence, homelessness and loneliness to find their voice and reconnect with community.

Shivani Gopal

Director

Shivani Gopal is the Founder and CEO of Elladex, Australia’s first digital mentor marketplace and daily learning platform. She is a Startup 20 and Women 20 delegate as part of the G20 and a podcast host, including CommBank’s Leading Women.

Shivani is an expert in advancing inclusion and participation in finance and leadership for women. She authored The Inclusion Report: The Perspex Ceiling, a national study on diversity in Australian corporations.

She has received the 2022 NSW Excellence in Women’s Leadership Award and was a finalist in the Women in Tech Awards and Sydney Young Entrepreneur Awards. She holds an MBA and a Master of Commerce in Financial Planning. 

Amy Mouafi

Director

With over 25 years’ experience, Amy began her career as a journalist before becoming a social scientist and criminologist specialising in violent crime. She designed and implemented a domestic and sexual assault case management service supporting women leaving domestic and family violence, achieving a 96% success rate over seven years of survivors not returning or entering new abusive relationships.

Amy implemented domestic violence evidence kits to the NSW Police Force and helped improve investigative and prosecution approaches in Aboriginal communities. She has extensive experience in public awareness, community education and behavioural insights across emergency management, disaster response, violence and trauma.

Amy is the Head of Faculty, Director of Executive Development Strategies at the Australian Institute of Police Management and is an executive coach and recognised national and international speaker on strategy, innovation, leadership and diversity.

Adam Stevenson

Director

Adam Stevenson brings extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate services across the government sector. He is currently Head of Corporate Services at Fire Rescue Victoria, overseeing strategy and reform, finance, people and culture, legal, governance, IT and risk.

Previously, Adam served as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Strategy Officer at Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES), with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in the Queensland Public Service. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable communities, including extensive work with disadvantaged women through employment and crisis support programs. Adam holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Economics, bringing deep expertise in public sector leadership and organisational transformation to the Board.

Hayley Van de Ven

Director

With more than two decades of experience in property, Hayley is one of Australia’s most respected and influential real estate leaders. As Director of the Limitless Group and owner of the highly awarded RE/MAX Results and RE/MAX Bayside Properties, she has built one of the country’s highest-performing real estate teams, recognised for excellence, growth and client impact.

Beyond her professional achievements, Hayley’s values strongly align with the mission of 4 Voices. As an official Board Member of the charity, she is a committed advocate for women experiencing domestic violence, championing connection, safety and access to support for those who need it most. She brings both commercial expertise and deep community commitment, strengthening the organisation’s capacity to reach and support women in crisis across Australia.
