Our Services:
Face-to-face connection: Enjoy conversation and coffee in a welcoming space.
Phone support: Speak with a caring volunteer from anywhere in Australia.
Technology access: Get connected to support with mobile phones, laptops, printers, scan/copy/print facilities, and Wi-Fi.
Life skills support: Receive assistance with resumes, job searching, and interview preparation.
Referral services: Connect with resources for food, housing, and other advice.

Social Connection
We offer a safe space for women and girls of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to connect and overcome social isolation. Our mobile outreach service brings support directly to communities, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals to feel heard and respected.
Our Approach:
Open spaces: We operate in outdoor settings or under awnings, promoting ease of conversation and comfort.
Non-judgmental support: Our dedicated volunteers connect with participants without judgment, building trust, confidence, and genuine relationships.

Digital Connection
While digital literacy varies across Australia, 2.5 million Australians remained offline in 2022, often due to age, socio-economic factors, or vulnerability due to domestic violence or homelessness.
We're here to bridge that gap. Our mobile outreach service provides access to technology – mobile phones, computers, printers, and scanners – directly within communities. Dedicated volunteers, located across Australia, offer vital support through phone or video calls, ensuring no one feels isolated or left behind.

We understand that everyone's path is unique, and not everyone may be ready or interested in entering the workforce immediately.
Our focus is on supporting individuals to achieve their goals, whether that's through:

Community Connection

We understand that seeking help can be daunting, especially within government settings. Our outreach services, often located near essential resources like Centrelink, Legal Aid, and housing departments, offer additional support. Volunteers provide a compassionate presence and can accompany individuals during appointments, helping navigate the process and advocating when needed
