Outreach Services
Outreach services are provided from our vans outfitted with the technology, mobile phones, laptop computers, printers/scanners/copiers, and smart TV) and they have their own WiFi. and coffee/tea-making facilities
A simple chat over a cuppa can be of enormous comfort - often that might be enough. If not we can help you in other ways, depending on what is going on for you. You may need help finding or using technology, sourcing accommodation, looking for work, completing forms, writing letters, and setting up email accounts. No task is too small or too large for us to at least give you some direction.

Phone Support
Lots of people are impacted by social and digital isolation, more people unemployed, more domestic and family violence, and more people are homeless. Our volunteers are determined to do something to help. If you are not close to any of the locations where we operate (see above), we are happy to talk to you by phone. We have volunteers based all around Australia who are willing to talk, to listen to what’s going on for you, and to try to give you some support and guidance.
