Community Connection Program

We provide our face-to-face services from our solar-powered vans “Connection hubs” outfitted with technology, mobile phones, laptop computers, printers/scanners/copier, and smart TV) and they have their own WiFi, music and coffee/tea-making facilities.

We have many locations across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast, inner Sydney and Western Sydney where we bring our services to the streets, ready to connect.

A simple chat over a cuppa can be of enormous comfort - often that might be enough. If not, we can help you in other ways, depending on what is going on for you.

You may need help finding or using technology, sourcing accommodation, looking for work, completing forms, writing letters, and setting up email accounts. No task is too small or too large for us to at least give you some direction. To ensure the fewest possible barriers, we have a team of multilingual volunteers and memberships to essential translation services.
